Online purchase or person-to-person. We’ve got your transfer covered.

Clark Brothers specializes in both in-person (person to person) transfers as well as external (online or outside gun shop purchase) FFL transfers.

Whether you want to run a background check for a private sale or you need a trustworthy place to deliver your online purchase, we’ve got you covered.

For a person-to-person transfer – Come on in any day of the week. Both seller and buyer must bring valid IDs along with the firearm and our clerks will take it from there.

To initiate an FFL Transfer for an outside purchase (online or from another gun shop) – Fill out the form below and we’ll take it from there.

The Process:

  1. You fill out the form below with all required information. More info = quicker transfer.
  2. We use that information to facilitate the exchange of FFL information and start the transfer.
  3. Your gun is shipped right to us tagged with your name.
  4. We log the firearm into our books and immediately give you a call to let you know it’s ready for pickup.
  5. NOTE – Receiving a “delivery notification” from the shipping company DOES NOT mean that your firearm is ready for pickup. We get about 100 parcels / day and every firearm must be hand logged into our ATF books. If you don’t get a call from us, it’s not ready yet. We will call you the second it’s ready for pickup. Trust Us – we don’t want it sitting around taking up precious space any more than you want to wait for it.
  6. You bring your ID with you and fill out background check paperwork. Upon approval, you can take your new gun home with you.
  7. We fist bump, high five, back slap, or your choice of friendly salutation among awesome American patriots and go on our merry ways.

Transfer Pricing

  • Person-to-Person (in person transfer) – $25/firearm
  • Online / Outside Sale transfer (FFL Transfer getting shipped to the shop) $50 for first firearm – $25/firearm after
